Online Banking Enhancements Coming soon!

To improve your online banking experience we are in the process of adding the following exciting enhancements to our online banking site in mid March 2013!

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your banking activity through multiple window elements on one page. You can add or delete the following elements to your dashboard: Account Overview, Recent eBanking Transactions, Pending Transactions, Scheduled Authorized Transactions, Unread Secure Messages, and Security Event Log. Look for Dashboard listed on your menu under the Accounts section.

Transaction Alerts

Do you want to know when a particular check posts to your account? We can now alert you. Do you want to know when your account balance is at a certain level? We can now alert you. Do you want to know when a certain transaction is showing on your account? We can now alert you. These are just a few of the options you will now have to choose regarding transactions on your account. Look for Alerts under the Preferences section of the menu.

Security Alerts

You now have the ability to select multiple options of security alerts to aid in mitigating fraud on your account. These alerts are not only sent to your phone or email, but will be sent to you as a secured message to your online banking page. Security events are important, especially when you have done nothing to trigger an event. For example your login information is changed by someone attempting to hack into your account; because you have chosen several security alerts you are immediately notified of the change. This allows you to act quickly to notify the bank to stop the intrusion! Look for Security under the Preferences section of the menu then choose the Alerts tab.
